About

I have been living and working in Andorra for over ten years.

My work is built on one principle: every client's situation is different, and the right solution is always the one that fits their specific life — not a template. Over twenty years of international advisory work, across dozens of cases involving families, entrepreneurs, investors, and boat owners, I have learned that the paperwork is rarely the hard part. The hard part is thinking clearly about what you actually want, and then building the right path to get there.

Background

I trained as a lawyer in Moscow, studied AML and compliance at the University of Manchester, and completed my MBA at the London School of Economics. That formation was international from the start — shaped by different legal systems, languages, and cultures rather than any single one.

Most of my clients come to Andorra from somewhere else. Many are young families at an early but decisive stage: founders building their first serious company, senior people in technology, finance and marketing, musicians, researchers. They are choosing where to raise children, where to hold assets, and where to be tax resident — usually all at once, and usually across two or three countries.

I split my time between Andorra and Italy. The contrast between them keeps sharpening how I think about work, about quality of life, and about what it actually takes to build something well.

How we work

We work with a small number of clients at a time — every case receives full attention from the first conversation to the moment everything is in place.
